Let’s check out how September was here on Cover to Cover.

I Now Pronounce You Some Else by Erin McCahan

My favorite book of October? Definitely God Never Blinks by Regina Brett…as I raved in my review, this book was absolutely life changing. However, I Now Pronounce You Someone Else by Erin McCahan was a very close second!

On The Blog:

-I read 8 books and reviewed 7 books.

-I joined in In My Mailbox for the first time and was immediately hooked. This meme is so much fun!

-I wrote a few posts that garnered great discussions in the comments:

Kindle vs. Nook

How Many Books Do You Read at a Time?

-I cross posted all of my book reviews on Goodreads…I am also LOVING Goodreads.

This Month I Hope To:

-Read at least 7 books.

-Host a giveaway.

-Win NaNoWriMo!

-Line up some author interviews and guest posts.

How was October for you? What are you up to this month? Any new goals?

  1. I’m feeling both love and hate for November. Love because my birthday’s really soon (!!!) and I’m looking forward to Thanksgiving (the food. Oh, the food!) but hate because November packs a mean punch academically. I have research papers to fret over and finals to prepare myself for.

Isn’t IMM such fun? It’s so addicting to check out everyone else’s mailbox and ogle at their stash. 😉 I’m planning on taking a hiatus very soon but I need to make a post about that….

    1. I hope your papers and finals prep is going well so far! I remember how crazy November was last year for me in school. So weird to be in the real world now!

I definitely LOVE IMM…it’s such a fun crowd and I’ve found so many great blogs through it too!

  2. Wow! You accomplished a lot in October. Makes me feel like a loaf. I did manage to finish up draft three of my ’09 Nano, though. Whoohoo!
