Start your week right! Every Sunday I post my favorite links from around the web and share my goals for the upcoming week.

On 2016:
Living Like a Queen: I LOVED the theme of my friend Julia Paddison’s annual New Year’s Day yoga class and lucky for you, she turned it into a blog post! Will you resolve to live like a queen in 2016?
For Anyone Who Already Feels Paralyzed In The New Year: A brand new year can feel inspiring, but like Kim Quindlen so eloquently writes, it can also be quite paralyzing. Here’s what you should do about that feeling.
FRESH START Calendar: My friend Janelle created this amazing calendar for 2015- it seriously made my day every single day of the year as I read the inspiring message for the month. She refreshed the calendar for 2016, so if you missed out last year, be sure to grab one now!
On Big Ideas:
Making Space for Big, Ambitious Ideas: If you have big, ambitious ideas you want to make a reality in 2016, read this post by Marie Poulin for One Woman Shop.
On Life:
Gift or a Teacher?: “Every moment, every person, every experience is a gift or a teacher, often both.” I completely agree with this piece of wisdom from the always-inspiring Jenny Blake!
On Music:
2015 Top Hits in 3.5 Minutes: Anyone else a huge Us The Duo fan? I’m newer to their music, but just learned about their great mashup for 2015’s top hits from my friend Mary Catherine Starr. This is a must-listen!
This Week on JessicaLawlor.com:
Monthly Check-In: Goodbye December, Hello January: Each monthly check-in, I share three things I accomplished in the previous month and preview three things I’m excited for in the month ahead.
Three Words for 2016: Forget New Year’s resolutions or goals. Instead, choose three words to guide you through the year. Here are my three words for 2016.
Goals
- Now that I’m back from vacation, it’s time to go into full-on planning mode for taking my business full-time on February 1! I have lots of emails to respond to, proposals to write and meetings to schedule. I can’t WAIT to dive in!
- Get back on track with my workout schedule/yoga practice. I worked out a few times on vacation, but this week, I’m starting the Beta round of T25 and am getting back to my regular 5x a week yoga practice.
