This blog on the SoMeT website features recaps of some of the great sessions…and apparently next week, a video of my session will be posted…(GULP.)

Goals

  • Create an AMAZING playlist for the Philadelphia Half Marathon next week (!!!). I’ll need two and a half hours of upbeat songs to keep me going…I’m taking suggestions in the comments!
  • Taper smart for the half marathon. This week is all about resting, hydrating and getting in just a few very low-key workouts before dominating the half next week.
  • Run a successful media panel for PPRA on Tuesday. I’m the VP of programs for PPRA and we have an awesome event this week that my committee and I are responsible for.

Have any links or goals you’d like to share? Leave them in the comments!
