Goals
- Create an AMAZING playlist for the Philadelphia Half Marathon next week (!!!). I’ll need two and a half hours of upbeat songs to keep me going…I’m taking suggestions in the comments!
- Taper smart for the half marathon. This week is all about resting, hydrating and getting in just a few very low-key workouts before dominating the half next week.
- Run a successful media panel for PPRA on Tuesday. I’m the VP of programs for PPRA and we have an awesome event this week that my committee and I are responsible for.
