Waiting On Wednesday

Today, I’m participating in Waiting on Wednesday, a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking The Spine. This event highlights the upcoming releases that we are eagerly awaiting!

Today, I am waiting for…

Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally (December 1, 2011 by Sourcebooks Fire)

Check out this Goodreads summary:

What girl doesn’t want to be surrounded by gorgeous jocks day in and day out? Jordan Woods isn’t just surrounded by hot guys, though-she leads them as the captain and quarterback of her high school football team. They all see her as one of the guys, and that’s just fine. As long as she gets her athletic scholarship to a powerhouse university.

But now there’s a new guy in town who threatens her starting position… suddenly she’s hoping he’ll see her as more than just a teammate.

Love it! I love that Jordan is a football player- I bet she is going to be one hell of a strong character, and I can’t wait to get to know her.

And how can you not love this cover? The guy’s sexy arms and Jordan’s adorable outfit with her holding the helmet. This is definitely a must-read for me.

Plus, I LOVE Miranda on Twitter, so I can’t wait to read this book.

What are you anxiously waiting for this Wednesday?

  1. This one just looks so cute to me! The one thing that I am just as passionate about as reading is football. Yay, books about girls and boys and FOOTBALL! Can’t wait! Great pick. 🙂
