Today, I’m participating in Waiting on Wednesday, a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking The Spine. This event highlights the upcoming releases that we are eagerly awaiting!
Today, I am waiting for…
Ten Things We Did (And Probably Shouldn’t Have) by Sarah Mylnowski (June 21, 2011)
Okay, this book isn’t coming out for months, but HELLO?! Does this title NOT grab your attention? It draws me in (and the two cuties about to make out up there help too!).
I’ve never read one of Sarah Mylnowski’s novels, but I did read her book See Jane Write about writing chick lit last year. I’m looking forward to trying out her fiction!
This is all we get as a synopsis so far:
Sixteen-going-on-seventeen-year-old April Berman is home alone””for the semester…. Part coming-of-age story, part romantic comedy, bestselling author of Bras & Broomsticks and Milkrun Sarah Mlynowski’s new novel for teens is smart, hilarious, and full of heart.
Thanks so much to YA Bliss for featuring this book last week and bringing it to my attention!
What are you anxiously waiting for this Wednesday?
Glad to hear she has a new book to be released next year. I’ve read several of her previous works and really enjoyed them.
@Shonda, I definitely need to check out some of her others!
I do love this title and so enjoy a good romantic comedy. Great pick!

@Donna (BLHmistress), Yes, I love a good title!
What a great choice! It is a bit of a pain when the release date is so far away, but I’ll put it on my wishlist 🙂 Drop by and have a look at my choices!
@Barb, Thanks Barb! Happy Thanksgiving!
This book just sounds like trouble. It is going on the wishlist and will be a great read for next summer (since we have to wait that long!)
The world is such a small place — I knew Sarah once upon a time when we both worked for Harlequin about a decade ago. Enjoy her book!
