It’s Monday, What Are You Reading?

It’s Monday, What are you Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at One Person’s Journey Through A World Of Books to discuss what we are reading this week, as well as books completed the previous week.

Books I Completed Last Week:

The Cinderella Society by Kay Cassidy: Very cute, but also not what I was expecting. Review to come this week!

Books I’m Reading This Week:

Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers: Didn’t quite get to this one last week, so hopefully I’ll get to it this week!

Italian for Beginners by Kristin Harmel: This has been on my TBR list forever and my library finally got it!

So, what are you reading this week?

  1. For some reason I'm unable to comment today using my google login – weird.

Anyway, I LOVED Italian for Beginners – you're in for a treat!

Because I just finished reading a fantastic book, I didn't really feel like getting into another work of fiction straight away so I'm reading a book by an English comedian instead where he's basically just taking the piss out of articles in local newspapers. It's hilarious, and just what I need to come off that whole "good book withdrawal" I sometimes get after I've read something I loved.

Italian for Beginners is one that I think looks really good. I will be interested in your thoughts of this book.

  3. Both Some Girls Are and Italian For Beginners are on my wishlist — and I have a feeling you're going to really love Harmel's book! 🙂 It's all about location, location, location. Will look forward to your reviews!

  4. Italian For Beginners looks fantastic and is one I must read at some point. I hope you enjoy it.

  5. "Italian for Beginners" is on my to-read list as well…looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it!

  6. Looks like the consenus is that Italian for Beginners is a great read. Guess I am going to check this out. Cinderella Society sound interesting too.

    Have a great week reading.
