The first month of the new year is already over! It’s crazy how fast time flies. How are you doing on your 2010 goals/resolutions? It was a pretty slow, but exciting month over here at Cover to Cover. Let’s take a look at what happened this month.
Books Read:
Inside The Mind of Gideon Rayburn by Sarah Miller
The Other Girl by Sarah Miller
The Espressologist by Kristina Summer
A Match Made In High School by Kristin Walker
Nanny Returns by Emma McLaughin and Nicola Kraus
Perfect Mistake by Kate Brian
A few less books this month than usual, but I was busy with an exciting new PR project.
My favorite book of this month? The Other Girl by Sarah Miller. It hit close to home and was just so easy to relate to.
On The Blog:
-In the month of January, I gained 17 new blogger followers and 16 new google followers. Welcome to all my new readers!
-I read 6 books and reviewed 6 books on the blog.
-I started my creative writing class and did some creative writing exercises.
-I was presented with an AMAZING opportunity to help Kristin Walker, author of A MATCH MADE IN HIGH SCHOOL (coming out tomorrow!) with PR for her book launch.
This month I hope to:
-Read at least 8 books.
-Continue writing and start my big project for my creative writing class which will get critiqued by the entire class.
-Find more great PR opportunities that involve blogging and books.
How was January for you? What are you up to this month? Any new goals?
How was January? Well, I read 11 books. My favourite was "A Single to Rome" by Sarah Duncan, which made me really want to go – especially when accompanied with your love of Italy! 🙂 You should check the book out!
I really want to read The Espressologiest. It looks really interesting. I also have to read Nanny Returns, it's sitting on my shelf.
I want to read the Esspressologist as well. And I have Nanny Returns too – just haven't got round to reading it yet! I'm glad your January was fab! Here's to an even better Feb 🙂
Wow, sounds like you had a really great month – with lots of new experiences, especially the creative writing class and the PR assistance you provided.
I have really been enjoying reading your creative writing class posts.
Here is my January wrap up if you want to take a look
