Wow…I’ve never heard of this before, but what a crazy/great idea!
Dewey’s Read-A-Thon is hosting a 24 hour read-a-thon on October 24.
What exactly does that entail? Read for 24 hours (or as long as you can during that time period) and blog about it. Other bloggers across the world will be participating and there will be prizes and contests.
It sounds intense to me. I don’t think I could do it. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE to read, but 24 hours is a very long time. I think my eyes would get way too tired.
I admire those who have the patience to do this though, and look forward to checking out everyone’s blog that day.
Will you be participating? Have you ever participated in a read-a-thon?
I don't think I'd be able to do this, but I wish those participating good luck with it. There's just too much going on in my life to commit to anything like this.
I would love to do this, but really? I don't think I could. 24 hours is a long time to read non-stop. :/ Eyes will be rolling out onto the carpet.
