In My Mailbox (4)

In My Mailbox, started by Kristi from The Story Siren is an awesome weekly meme to post what books we’ve received this week; whether it was sent for review by a publisher, purchased at a book store, borrowed from the library, or won from a giveaway.

I’ll probably go a little lighter on reading this month since I’ll be joining in NaNoWriMo…I’m pretty excited! If you’re participating too, let me know in the comments.

This week, I picked up two gems from my local book sale.

The J.A.P. Chronicles by Isabel Rose: I’ve seen this title before and it sounds extremely cute/funny so I was glad to find it in the young adult bin at the book sale.

Ask Again Later by Jill A. Davis: I’ve never read anything by Davis before, but I’ve heard good things about her and the plot of this book appealed to me. It sounds like a beautiful story of a mother and daughter and a broken family coming together again.

What’s in your mailbox today?

  3. Thanks for stopping by my web site. I have heard of Sara Shepard, but not this book, so since you are envious, then I guess I’ll be putting that one at the top of the pile (but I have due dates for some of the others first, so I probably can’t.) I’m following you and on twitter too.
