Book Chat: Does This Book Make Me Look Fat?

It’s time for some Book Chat!

I can’t believe I never heard about this cute little book until now! I was browsing through one of my favorite blogs, Five Minutes Peace and saw her post about a book called Does This Book Make Me Look Fat edited by Marissa Walsh.

First, I was intrigued by its hilarious title and then I was enticed by its adorable cover.

According to Amazon, this book includes short stories and personal essays by authors such as Megan McCafferty, Wendy Shanker, Ellen Hopkins and more that all touch on the idea of body image. Some of the stories are sad, some are funny, others are entertaining, but all provide a valuable take on the importance of body image.

I definitely added this to my list of books to read. Have you read this book?

    I'm convinced. Just added to my wishlist. Which, by the way, is something like 97% books, 2% shoes, 1% random crap. 🙂
