Goals
- Do some HIIT speedwork on the treadmill this week in preparation for my 5K on Sunday (and then another 5K the following Tuesday evening!) Now that I’m done training for a long distance race, I want to improve my time for my upcoming races.
- Read through and organize all my notes from the PRSA Travel and Tourism Conference in Memphis last week. The conference was GREAT and I learned a ton; now I need to figure out how to put some of these ideas into action at work.
- Begin working on my next few freelance assignments- stay tuned to DIY Writing, relaunching in June. I’m one of Dana Sitar’s monthly bloggers!
