Goals
- Create my Broad Street Run training plan…last week was a bit crazy with family stuff after my grandmother passed away (thank you all for the kind words on my tribute to her here), and needless to say, my goals all went out the window. This week, I’d like to try to get back on track with my running and come up with a solid plan to prepare for May.
- Pack for vacation (leaving for my birthday trip to Punta Cana later this week!) and enjoy a relaxing, disconnected and much-needed trip to the land of sand, sun and fruity drinks.
