Want to Upset a Reporter? Call to ‘Follow Up’ on Your Email: In college PR classes, we were taught that the follow up phone call to a reporter was key, but this PRBreakfastClub blog post by Brian Reid argues otherwise. Goals

  • Create my Broad Street Run training plan. On Monday, I found out that I was officially accepted into the Broad Street Run (YAY!) so now I need to create a training plan and get to work! Since one of my running goals for this year is to get speedier, I definitely want to PR my previous Broad Street time of 1:57.
  • Kick this cold. Between several people in my office being sick and then some kind of cold sweeping my entire house, I knew I couldn’t avoid it for long. I plan to spend a large part of today resting to kick this thing and get back to my active self, as soon as possible.
