“Just Sleep On It” and Six Other Ideas for Making Big Decisions: Do you ever struggle with making big decisions? Me too. Here’s the best piece of advice from my mom and six other ideas for making decisions.

Goals

  • Get back on a workout schedule and get back to clean eating. Last week was an insane week between a tough family situation and my brother’s graduation and graduation party. This week, I want to schedule my workouts into my week and make sure I fit them in, pack my lunch several days and get back into good, healthy habits.
  • Complete my next few freelance assignments and homework for the Business Ignition Bootcamp course I’m taking. Lots of exciting things coming up with the blog and business, so stay tuned!
  • Schedule in some relaxation time…seems like a bit of a silly goal, but I feel like I’ve been “go, go, go!” for the past few weeks and I want to just sit down, chill and read a magazine.
