Waiting On Wednesday

Today, I’m participating in Waiting on Wednesday, a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking The Spine. This event highlights the upcoming releases that we are eagerly awaiting!

Today, I am waiting for…

Love? Maybe by Heather Hepler (January 5, 2012 by Dial)

First of all, this is an adorable cover with a title that definitely grabs my attention. I love those candy hearts!

Check out this Goodreads summary:

Just because Piper’s birthday is on Valentine’s Day does not mean she’s a romantic. In fact, after watching her father and then her stepfather leave, she’s pretty sure she doesn’t believe in love at all. Then her friends concoct a plan to find them all Valentine’s dates, and somehow Piper finds herself with the most popular guy in school. But true love never follows a plan, and a string of heartfelt gifts from a secret admirer has Piper wondering if she might be with the wrong guy.

Sounds like a very cute YA novel; a fun winter read leading up to Valentine’s Day!

What are you anxiously waiting for this Wednesday?

  1. That has such an adorable cover. I love the idea of a secret admirer and someone born on Valentines who is skeptical about love. This sounds like it could be a really fun read. You’re the first person I have seen write about it and it’s definitely getting added to my wishlist. Have a great day!

  2. LOVE: the secret admirer part! How cute! 🙂
Not too crazy about: her falling for the popular guy.
Eh, I’ve just always been against girls falling for the popular guy. But this one definitely sounds like a fun and cute read. Nice choice! 🙂
